Directed online and offline marketing operations for 8 hotels in Colombia, managing the marketing
Budget and coordinating global creative, design, and performance teams.
Led marketing strategies for the openings of Selina’s new hotels in Villa de Leyva, Quindío, and
Palomino, executing digital promotion, on-site marketing, events, public relations, and influencer
partnerships.
Managed the Visual Artists Residency Program (video and photography), overseeing the full
process from curation and brand onboarding to briefing and deployment with international artists;
produced cinematic-quality ads and optimized costs to maximize creative impact.
Launched and managed Selina Colombia’s Instagram account, growing it from 0 to 30,000
followers in less than two years, while following the SOPs of the main global account with over 1M
followers.
Collaborated with the global creative team on campaigns such as Selina Colive, contributing to strategy, conceptualization, and execution, with Colombia as the program’s first launch market.
