  • Directed online and offline marketing operations for 8 hotels in Colombia, managing the marketing

  • Budget and coordinating global creative, design, and performance teams.

  • Led marketing strategies for the openings of Selina’s new hotels in Villa de Leyva, Quindío, and

    Palomino, executing digital promotion, on-site marketing, events, public relations, and influencer

    partnerships.

  • Managed the Visual Artists Residency Program (video and photography), overseeing the full

    process from curation and brand onboarding to briefing and deployment with international artists;

    produced cinematic-quality ads and optimized costs to maximize creative impact.

  • Launched and managed Selina Colombia’s Instagram account, growing it from 0 to 30,000

    followers in less than two years, while following the SOPs of the main global account with over 1M

    followers.

  • Collaborated with the global creative team on campaigns such as Selina Colive, contributing to strategy, conceptualization, and execution, with Colombia as the program’s first launch market.
