  • Led the implementation of the company’s first CRM (HubSpot), from negotiation to execution.

  • Managed and optimized the global marketing budget.

  • Developed strategic briefs for creative and performance teams, aligning artists and sales teams with

    business objectives.

  • Designed and executed email marketing and Meta Ads strategies.

  • Built data visualization dashboards in HubSpot, and Graphy for multiple countries and business units.

  • Optimized communication systems via WhatsApp, Facebook, call centers, and other channels.

  • Aligned internal teams (service, reservations, real estate, relationship management, and growth) with

    the marketing strategy
